The apartment is on the second floor of Building 4 at The Hills Residence, in Simpson Bay, and it accommodates up to three guests.

Simpson Bay and the Dutch side around the residence

Simpson Bay lies on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It is a lively district where you find restaurants, bars, shops and marinas. Princess Juliana International Airport is a few minutes’ drive away, and so are the beaches of Simpson Bay and Maho.

The Hills Residence was built on a hill, and that height is what gives the condo its outlook. We therefore recommend a rental car. A car also lets you tour the island, with Philipsburg in one direction and Marigot, along with the French side beaches, in the other.

One bedroom and a sofa bed in Building 4

The layout keeps the bedroom apart from the living room. A king-size bed, a closet with hangers and room-darkening curtains furnish the bedroom. For meals there is a dining table in the living room, which also has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed where a third person can sleep.

The condo has no balcony. Its living room windows face the lagoon and let in natural light. One bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet complete the plan.

The rental includes bed linen and bathroom essentials, along with towels for both the bath and the beach. For families travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair can be requested.

Shared pool, concierge at The Hills Residence

Up on the rooftop, the residence has a swimming pool that overlooks the lagoon, with sun loungers placed around it. Pool hours are 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week. The common areas also include a a lobby.

The buildings are served by an elevator. Parking is private, and the common areas are monitored by outdoor cameras.

The concierge team can take care of car rental, restaurant reservations, excursions and boat trips. Contacting them before you arrive gives them time to organise things.

Planning your rental of condo D425

Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Departure is by 11 am. With a maximum of three guests, D425 fits a couple, friends travelling together or a small family.

On a longer stay, you can book intermediate housekeeping and ask for extra towels as well. The equipped kitchen and the washer-dryer make longer stays practical, and they are just as useful during a short break.
