This 1-bedroom condo covers 57 m² on the first floor of Building 4 at The Hills Residence, in Simpson Bay on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It has one bathroom and takes a maximum of three people, and its windows face the lagoon.
Furniture and household equipment are already in place, so you can book a short visit of a few nights or stay for several weeks. Among our St Maarten vacation rentals, the layout of this one suits a couple, friends travelling together or a small family.
From the residence, the restaurants, bars, supermarkets and marinas of Simpson Bay are close at hand. You can drive to Simpson Bay beach in a few minutes. Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are also a short car ride away.
Since The Hills Residence occupies a hillside site, plan on renting a car while you are on the island. Having one also makes it easy to spend a day in Philipsburg or Marigot, or to head for the beaches on the French side.

The bedroom is apart from the living room. Next to the king-size bed there is a closet with hangers, and curtains darken the room during the day.
In the living room, the sofa and a flat-screen TV share the space with a dining table where the whole group can eat together. At night the sofa turns into a bed for one extra person. The condo has no balcony, and daylight enters through the living room windows on the lagoon side.
For cooking, the kitchen holds an oven, a microwave, a hob under an extractor hood, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. A kettle, a blender, a toaster and an espresso machine take care of the smaller jobs. Crockery, cutlery and utensils are supplied, along with wine glasses and champagne glasses.
Laundry is done in the washer-dryer, and you also get an iron, an ironing board and a cleaning kit. Bed linen comes with the rental, as do bath towels and beach towels. A hair dryer and bathroom essentials are provided too.
Families travelling with a young child have a cot and a high chair at their disposal in the condo. An electronic lock secures the entrance, and smoke and carbon monoxide detection is in place.
Residents share a pool on the rooftop that looks out over the lagoon. Opening hours run from 8 am until 8 pm every day, and sun loungers are set around it. A common a lobby make up the rest of the shared areas.
An elevator serves the buildings, parking is private, and cameras monitor the outside of the buildings. The concierge can arrange a rental car, reserve restaurants or organise island excursions and activities. You may contact the team ahead of time or while you are here.
Arrival is possible from 4 pm, and the condo has to be vacated by 11 am on departure day. A member of our team meets you when you get there and remains reachable until you leave.

Guests staying longer can book an intermediate housekeeping service, and extra towels can be requested. With a full kitchen and a washer-dryer on hand, a stay of several weeks runs much like daily life at home.
