The Hills Residence stands on a hill above Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of the island. A few minutes’ drive takes you to the beaches and the airport, as well as to local shops and restaurants.

There is no balcony, although the windows of the living room face the lagoon. Linen for the bed is supplied, and so are bath towels and beach towels.

Rooftop amenities at The Hills Residence

Guests share a rooftop pool. An elevator serves the building, and private parking is available. On request, the concierge service handles restaurant reservations and excursions, and it can organise car rental.
