The residence was built on a hill on the Dutch side of the island, and that elevation is where its views come from. Within a few minutes’ drive you reach Simpson Bay with its restaurants, shops and marinas.

Maho beach, Simpson Bay beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are nearby. We suggest hiring a car for the length of your stay, which also lets you head to Philipsburg, Marigot or the beaches of the French side.

Inside D445 on the fourth floor

The unit is in Building 4 and looks toward Simpson Bay lagoon. Here is what it includes.

The kitchen also has crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, and glasses for wine and champagne. Towels for the bath and the beach come with the bed linen, along with an iron and its board.

You open the door with an electronic lock. The apartment is fitted with detectors for smoke and carbon monoxide.

Pool, parking at The Hills Residence

Up on the rooftop, a common pool with sun loungers overlooks the lagoon and is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm. The residence also has a shared a lobby.

An elevator serves the building, parking is private, and outdoor cameras watch the grounds. The concierge team can reserve a car, a table at a restaurant, an excursion or a boat trip, and it is worth reaching them before you arrive.
