Within a short distance of the residence there are shops, bars, marinas, supermarkets and many restaurants. A few minutes’ drive takes you to Princess Juliana International Airport, to Maho beach or to the beach at Simpson Bay.

The Hills Residence was built on a hill, and its elevation gives the condo its outlook over the Simpson Bay lagoon. A rental car is the sensible choice here. It will also take you further afield, to Marigot and Philipsburg or to the beaches over on the French side.

D444 on the fourth floor of Building 4

The condo sleeps up to two guests. Its bedroom is closed off from the living room and holds a king-size bed, hanging space in a closet, and curtains that block out the light.

In the living area you have a sofa facing a flat-screen TV, with a dining table set aside for meals. A single bathroom with a shower serves the condo, and a furnished balcony off the living room faces the lagoon.
