This one-bedroom condo of 55 m² belongs to The Hills Residence, which stands on a hillside in Simpson Bay on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten.

The marinas, shops and restaurants of Simpson Bay take a few minutes to reach by car. Maho beach and Simpson Bay beach are close to the residence, and Princess Juliana International Airport is nearby as well.

Because of the hillside position, we recommend having a car during your stay. You can then drive to Philipsburg or Marigot, or spend a day on the beaches of the French side.

A 55 m² condo in Building 4

The condo sits on the second floor of Building 4 and can host up to two guests. Its living room windows face the lagoon and let in daylight. There is no balcony.

• Sofa and flat-screen TV in the lounge corner, plus a table for eating

• Bathroom with a shower, hair dryer and bathroom essentials

• Hob under an extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher

• Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washer-dryer combo

Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied, together with glasses for wine and champagne. Bed linen is provided, as are bath and beach towels, an iron and an ironing board.

Families travelling with a baby can ask for a cot and a high chair. The apartment door has an electronic lock, and detectors for smoke and carbon monoxide are installed.

Pool, parking and concierge at The Hills Residence

On the roof, the residence has a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, facing the lagoon and the hills. It is open each day from 8 am to 8 pm.

Private parking is available, and outdoor surveillance cameras are in place. The concierge service handles car rental and restaurant reservations, and it can also plan excursions or activities on the island. You can get in touch with the team before you arrive or during your holiday.

Planning your holiday rental in D421

Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am at the latest. With room for two, the condo suits a couple well, and the residence team is on site throughout your stay.

Guests staying longer can book an intermediate housekeeping visit, and more towels are available on request. The complete kitchen and the washer-dryer make it simple to cook and do your laundry yourself over a longer stay.
