This 2-bedroom condo measures 75 m², has one bathroom and sits on the first floor of Building 3 at The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay. Up to four guests can stay here, and the living room windows give onto Simpson Bay lagoon.
The Hills Residence occupies a hillside site in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. By car, the local restaurants and shops take only a few minutes to reach, and the marinas are just as near. Maho beach and Simpson Bay beach lie close to the residence, as does Princess Juliana International Airport.
Getting up and down the slope on foot is not practical, so we suggest you plan on a car. It is also the easiest way to spend a day in Philipsburg or Marigot, or to try the beaches on the French side.

Each bedroom is a separate room with its own storage, and the curtains in both can be drawn to darken them. The living room holds a sofa and a dining table, with a flat-screen TV. C317 does not have a balcony, so natural light reaches the living room through windows on the lagoon side.
Cooking at home is easy here. The kitchen comes with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator, and a hob with an extractor hood above it. Small appliances include a kettle, a blender, a toaster and an espresso machine. Dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided, and the glassware covers wine and champagne glasses too.
Sheets for the beds are provided, as are towels for the bathroom and for the beach, and you will also find bathroom essentials and a hair dryer. An iron and an ironing board are available. For a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The door works with an electronic lock, and the condo has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
The swimming pool of The Hills Residence is up on the rooftop, surrounded by sun loungers and with a wide outlook over the lagoon. Guests can use it every day between 8 am and 8 pm. A common a lobby are also part of the residence.
The building has an elevator, and private parking is available for your car. Outdoor cameras are installed around the buildings.
You can check in from 4 pm, and check-out is no later than 11 am. The condo takes up to four guests, which suits a family or friends travelling together. Members of our team work at the residence; they welcome you on arrival and remain available for questions while you are on the island.
On longer stays, intermediate housekeeping can be booked, and we can bring extra towels if you ask. The washer-dryer and the full kitchen make it simple to keep your own routine. Our concierge service can also arrange a rental car, restaurant reservations or excursions across Sint Maarten.
