You will find it on the third floor of Building 1 at The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. Its living room windows look towards Simpson Bay lagoon, and it takes up to two guests.
Staying at The Hills Residence puts you in Simpson Bay, where everyday life on Sint Maarten is easy to organise. Restaurants and bars are close to the residence, and you also have supermarkets and marinas in the neighbourhood. A short drive takes you to Simpson Bay beach or Maho beach, and Princess Juliana International Airport is only minutes away as well.
To see more of the island, it helps to have a car of your own. Philipsburg and its boardwalk are on the Dutch side. Marigot lies on the French side, which has its own beaches to explore at your pace.

The bedroom is a separate room. Besides the queen-size bed, it has a closet with hangers and blackout curtains if you like to sleep late. In the living area, the sofa looks onto a flat-screen TV, while meals can be taken at the dining table.
You can cook properly here. The kitchen is fitted with an oven and a hob with an extractor hood, along with a microwave. A refrigerator and a dishwasher are also part of it. For breakfast there is an espresso machine, a kettle and a toaster, plus a blender.
Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied, as are glasses for wine and for champagne. We provide bed linen and bath towels, and you also get beach towels and bathroom essentials. An iron with its board and a hair dryer are kept in the condo.
If you travel with a baby, a cot and a high chair can be requested. The front door has an electronic lock, and the condo is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Up on the rooftop of The Hills Residence, a swimming pool overlooks the lagoon. Sun loungers surround the water, and guests can use it every day between 8 am and 8 pm. The residence also has a common a lobby.
You reach the third floor by elevator, and your car can stay in the private parking. Cameras are installed outside around the buildings.
A133 is one of our Simpson Bay vacation rentals, and since it sleeps two guests at most, it suits a couple. Check-in is from 4 pm, and on your departure day the condo should be left by 11 am. On arrival you are greeted by a member of our team, who can still be contacted for the rest of your time on the island.
Before you travel, we send you directions to The Hills Residence and the details you need to get into the condo. Our concierge service can also book a rental car, reserve tables at restaurants and set up excursions around Sint Maarten.
For stays of a week or longer, an intermediate housekeeping service can be booked, and extra towels are available on request. With the equipped kitchen and the washer-dryer on hand, a longer holiday in Simpson Bay is simple to manage.
