The Hills Residence is located in Simpson Bay, an animated district of Sint Maarten with marinas, shops, bars and a wide choice of restaurants. From the residence, a few minutes’ drive brings you to Princess Juliana International Airport, Maho beach or Simpson Bay beach.

With a rental car, the rest of the island is within reach on your own schedule. You can drive to Philipsburg to walk its boardwalk, or continue to Marigot and the beaches on the French side.

Being on the ground floor of Building 1, A107 gives step-free access to its terrace. The bedrooms have blackout curtains and are apart from each other, a layout that works for two couples or for parents and their older children.

Meals can be prepared in the equipped kitchen. It has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a hob with an extractor hood. An espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender are provided, as are crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses for wine and champagne.

The rental supplies bed linen, bath and beach towels and bathroom essentials. There is also an iron with ironing board and a hair dryer. Families with a baby can ask for a cot and a high chair. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are in place, and the front door opens with an electronic lock.

Shared amenities at The Hills Residence

On the roof of the residence, a swimming pool with sun loungers looks out over the lagoon, open each day between 8 am and 8 pm. The buildings are served by an elevator, and parking is private.
