The apartment covers 61 m² at ground level in Building 3, with one bedroom, one bathroom and a private terrace, and it takes two guests at most. The Hills Residence is built on a hillside in Simpson Bay, in the Dutch part of Sint Maarten, and the condo has an outlook over the lagoon at Simpson Bay.
Restaurants and bars are a short distance from the residence. Supermarkets and several marinas are close as well. You can drive to Simpson Bay beach or Maho beach in a few minutes, and Princess Juliana International Airport is just as near.
Since the buildings sit on a slope, we recommend renting a car. It makes daily errands simpler and lets you explore the rest of the island, including Philipsburg and Marigot, plus the French-side beaches.

The condo is fully furnished. The living room is kept apart from the bedroom and opens directly onto the terrace, where you can eat outside or sit quietly in the evening.
In the kitchen you have a hob under an extractor hood, an oven and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher and a refrigerator. You can also use the espresso machine, the toaster, the kettle and the blender. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied, with wine glasses and champagne glasses, and a cleaning product kit is included.
Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are installed, and a washer-dryer combo takes care of laundry. Bed linen is provided with bath towels and beach towels. You will also find bathroom essentials, a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
If you travel with a baby, a cot and a high chair are available on request. Access to the condo is through an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted.
Guests can go up to the rooftop, where the swimming pool overlooks the lagoon and sun loungers are set around it. The pool opens from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week.
Each building has an elevator, and the residence has private parking. Outdoor cameras monitor the common areas.
Through the concierge you can arrange a rental car, a restaurant booking, or excursions and other activities around the island. The team answers before your trip and also once you have arrived in Simpson Bay.
Arrival is possible from 4 pm, and departure is no later than 11 am. With a limit of two guests, C303 suits a couple. Staff from The Hills Residence are present on site if anything is needed while you are there.
While you are staying, intermediate housekeeping and additional towels may also be reserved. Thanks to the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, C303 works for a short break as well as for several weeks, which is why it is part of our St Maarten vacation rentals.
