One-bedroom condo A102 on the ground floor of The Hills Residence

Unit A102 is located on the ground floor of Building 1 at The Hills Residence, in Simpson Bay, and it faces the Simpson Bay lagoon. Up to three guests can stay.

Simpson Bay, close to Maho and the airport

Restaurants and shops in Simpson Bay are a few minutes away by car, and so are the marinas. Two beaches, Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach, are close to the residence.

Princess Juliana International Airport is also nearby. Having a rental car makes sense if you want to go further, since Philipsburg with its boardwalk, Marigot and the beaches on the French side can then be visited at your own rhythm.

Inside the 57 sqm condo

The layout includes a bedroom with a king-size bed, set apart from the living room, and one bathroom with a shower, with the toilet in its own room. From the living room you step out to a private garden terrace, furnished for eating and relaxing outdoors.

Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are in the kitchen, along with wine and champagne glasses. Bed linen is supplied, together with bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, an iron and an ironing board. A cleaning product kit is also provided.

The entrance has an electronic lock. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted inside the condo.

Shared spaces at The Hills Residence

The rooftop pool overlooks the lagoon and is open every day between 8 am and 8 pm. Sun loungers surround it.

The building has an elevator and private parking, and outdoor surveillance cameras are installed around it. The concierge service helps with car rental, restaurant bookings and excursions on Sint Maarten.

Planning your rental in Simpson Bay

Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures by 11 am. The condo is laid out for a couple, friends travelling together or a small family, within the limit of three guests. Members of our team are at the residence to welcome you and to help if something comes up.

If you stay several weeks, intermediate housekeeping can be booked and extra towels can be brought on request. The kitchen and the washer-dryer let you cook and do laundry as you would at home, so a long stay is as easy to manage as a weekend.
