Condo B227 rents from 160 USD per night. It offers 55 m² with one bedroom and one bathroom on the second floor of Building 2 at The Hills Residence, in the Simpson Bay area of Dutch Sint Maarten. Up to three guests can stay, and the living room windows face Simpson Bay lagoon.
The Hills Residence stands on a slope above Simpson Bay, and that height is what gives the building its views. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are close by, as are the local marinas. A few minutes by car take you to Simpson Bay beach or Maho beach, and Princess Juliana International Airport is about as close.
Because of the hill, we advise you to rent a car for the length of your stay. With your own wheels, day trips become simple too. You can drive to Philipsburg or Marigot, or cross over to the French side for its beaches.
The bedroom sits apart from the living area. It holds a king-size bed, a closet with hangers and curtains that darken the room when needed.
A flat-screen TV, the sofa and a dining table furnish the living room, and the table seats the whole party at mealtimes. The condo has no balcony. The living room windows let daylight in and face the lagoon.
In the kitchen, B227 has a hob under an extractor hood, a dishwasher, an oven and a fridge, plus a microwave. A kettle and a toaster sit next to the blender and the espresso machine. Crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided, and wine and champagne glasses are included.
Bed linen comes with the condo, along with bath towels and beach towels. You can also use a hair dryer, an iron with its ironing board and the bathroom essentials supplied. A cot and a high chair can be provided if you are coming with a baby.
On the roof of The Hills Residence there is a swimming pool that looks out over the lagoon, with sun loungers placed along its edge. It opens each day from 8 am until 8 pm. A common jacuzzi and a lobby complete the shared areas.
An elevator serves the floors, and guests have access to private parking. Outdoor cameras keep watch around the buildings.
The concierge team handles practical requests. They can book a rental car or a restaurant table, and they also organise excursions and boat trips around the island. Writing to them before you arrive gives them time to prepare.
B227 takes three people at most, so it suits a couple, friends or a small family staying in Simpson Bay. Check-in opens at 4 pm, and on departure day you leave by 11 am.
Ahead of your trip, we send you the route to the residence together with the entry details for the condo. A member of our team greets you on arrival and stays in contact with you until you go home.
During your stay you can book an intermediate housekeeping visit, and extra towels are available as well. Since it has a full kitchen and its own washer-dryer, this condo from our St Maarten condo rentals handles long stays just as well as short breaks.
