My stay at the hills was lovely! The host was responsive and flexible. ( airport lost my bags & it caused a delay with checking and they were very understanding and even had someone posted off-business hours to watch out for and retrieve my luggage!) I was comfortable during my stay and it was a very peaceful & quiet area, with plenty to do right downstairs. The free parking on the ground level came in handy since I ended up renting car. And location itself was PERFECTLY situated nearby a PLETHORA of restaurants and bars.You won’t be disappointed! There’s a ton to choose from. Only downside to the room was, there is no fridge so pack snacks appropriately. The shower was a little tricky to figure out, and will leave water everywhere because of the way it’s designed if you’re not careful ,so you have to be mindful of that. Lastly the hot tub on the roof wasn’t exactly hot, maybe lukewarm at best and it does get a bit breezy at night . But the view up there is BREATHTAKING!

AMAZING VIEW 136 Beautifully decorated. First, I would like to start with the host. They have excellent communication skills and were able to answer all of our questions. One night, we lost our key, and in less than 10 minutes, someone was there to open it and gave me a new key. The private balcony was the highlight of the trip. We enjoy the afternoon drink great wine combined with amazing cheese The location was superb and central. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Great TV, air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave, combo laundry machine, dishwasher, etc. The rooftop pool provides a fantastic view of the bay

This place is located in Simpson Bay with impeccable views and centrally located. If you use maps and have AT&T add the international package you won’t have any issues. The place was beautiful with lovely views from my balcony. My son loved the rooftop pool and had a blast ! The host is located in the real estate office and can be reached the message system here. I was 25 minutes from the French side of Grand Case and the ferry to Anguilla and Pin island ! The room was exactly as described and one of our favorite night adventures were Pizza Italy and Naruto! This place is where you want to be and I can’t describe how grateful I am for the hospitality and love I was given while here! All issues or questions were answered immediately and going forward with my little son this is our home whenever we stay at St Marteen!

Lovely stay Apartment 136 was a real home from home for us. It offered the best of the latest appliances and they were all brand new.. The private parking below the building offered excellent convenience. The location was superb and central. Lots of eateries within walking distance. On rainy days (we had two of) we dined at Don Pizza at the ground level of the building. Great TV, air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave, combo laundry machine, dishwasher etc etc. Great customer service from Jouvence and Amy. Rooftop pool provided great escape from the beach scene if you feel like taking a break. Will we go back again and stay at the same place…? You bet we will.
