My stay at the Hills was great. The room & location were excellent as advertised if not better. We had amazing views of the mountains & harbor. We also were within walking distance of the beach behind the building complex. The staff were very polite & helpful. Every time we contacted them for assistance with local recommendations or for extra bed linens they responded & provided what we needed. When I return to Sint Maarten I will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay in the heart of town, private space and breathtaking views. The home is just as pictured and described, space can accommodate 2-4 comfortably. Walkable neighborhood with restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Bustling neighborhood in Simpson Bay full of energy and the spirit of SXM. 15-20min drive to the nearest beach, covered garage parking is a bonus as you will be located on the main strip. Great host and friendly locals. If your looking for an upscale retreat in the middle of it all this is your place to stay, you wont regret it!

My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎
